Green Tea. This wonderful drink originates from China.
Green Tea has antioxidants and many health benefits, so this drink is good for your body. The antioxidants help to fight free radicals which are everywhere, like in food, and the air, and the sun. These free radicals go around in our body and it causes aging, strokes, heart disease, cancer, and damages our cells and DNA. Antioxidants help to slow down aging and neutralizes free radicals. Basically, antioxidants are good for us.
I actually use green tea as a toner after cleansing my face. All I do is grab two green tea bags, and place them in a cup of water. I let it brew, and let all the good stuff and antioxidants mix into the water. Then I grab a cotton ball, and let it soak into the green tea. After that, I rub the cotton ball on my entire face, letting the antioxidants absorb into my skin. I store the left over green tea in the fridge and use it for the next day. I use the same batch I made, for probably 4-5 days, before making a new one.
